"THE SINNER"
Created for Beefeater MIXLDN6, it takes inspiration from Oscar Wilde's novel: "The picture of Dorian Gray".
The whole concept is to create an extremely healthy drink, able to give you the "eternal youth" that Dorian gets in the book.
Beefeater 24, Lillet Blanc, fresh yuzu juice, aloe vera honey, mango puree and fresh ginger.

Diplomatico World Tournament 2017, Danish final.
This is a tribute to Damiano's family. For centuries they have been working as farmers in northern Italy, having their own fields with animals and fruits.
It is the deconstruction of a traditional snack that was used to be served during world war II: Goat cheese with honey, figs and walnuts.
Here you have then Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva, walnut bitters, homemade figs jam, homemade honey syrup & fresh lemon juice. Give it a hard shake then top it up with homemade Goat cheese and vanilla foam. Garnish with some walnuts.
Simple ingredients, delicious and creamy cocktail.

Inspired by Cristoforo Colombo and his first trip to the new world.
Made for 11th Havana Club Grand Prix, Danish final.
It's a pleasant deconstruction of the classic cocktail "Dark and Stormy": Havana 7, Angostura bitters, fresh lime juice, homemade cane sugar syrup. Topped up with ginger, lime & lemongrass foam, served together with homemade Dark and Stormy caviar, with a lego commander on the side.

Literally "Italian at the Emperor's court", this drink takes inspiration from Marco Polo's journey through asia, and his meeting with the great emperor of China. It was made for the first Lillet competition ever made in Denmark, april 2017.
Lillet Blanc, Limoncello, lemon, aloe vera honey, mango, lemon bitters, orange flower water, homemade ginger-lime-lemongrass foam. Garnished with homemade mandarin powder and edible flowers.

Inspired by Azio Manicardi, great italian soccer striker during the 50s.
Bacardi Ocho, vanilla syrup, double espresso, fresh cardamom. An outstanding, everlasting, herbal Espresso Martini.

Created for "Jameson taste of home" 2017, this drink is a great mix of culinary knowledges.
The goal is to recreate the umami flavor by using unusual nordic ingredients.
Jameson, dill oxymel, fresh lemon juice, cherry heering, homemade white chocolate and fennel syrup. Topped with homemade fennel & buttermilk foam, with pistachio & burnt white chocolate muesli on top.

Linie Aquavit infused with mandarin zests, fresh mandarin juice, yuzu juice, calpis, homemade shies syrup.
Topped with homemade shiso-yoghurt-mandarin foam.
Powdered mandarin zests & shiso leaf to complete the aroma profile.
Worthed a trip to Oslo for Linie 2016 nordic final.

"EL PUBE"
El Pube was a pilot. International ambassador and seller, he once was flying to over unknown islands with his wife, carrying his miraculous lube, to sell to indigenous populations. The airplane suddenly had a crash. The two survived and got adopted by a tribe of savages. Unfortunately for him his wife felt in love with one of the locals, breaking El Pube's heart.
Rhubarb infused cachaca, lime, vanilla, flowers water. Topped with a fluffy rhubarb & vanilla foam, cannabis oil, and a generous portion of flamed overproof rum.

We met a Voodoo witch on Monkey Island. Together with the list of ingredients we needed to build a Voodoo Doll to fight against the mighty ghost of LeChuck, she gave us this recipe for an amazing twist on the most famous aperitif cocktail.
Aperol, Clarini Sajous, pineapple, ginger, flowers water, bitters & lot of champagne.
